September Update

I come to you with exciting September update. I have tried to make update very short and sharp. Let me start from Children Camp. First week of September we organize children camp in our Church in Kathmandu. We gave Children copy, Scarf and food, and children also learn many things together, like dancing, coloring, quiz, new song, how to pray, story telling and so many other things.

We had leadership meeting in Kathmandu where there were around 55 people. People came to re-fill and recharge with the power of the Holy Spirit.

We had another leadership meeting in the east Nepal where 120 people from different churches came together. Some people came walking two days just to attend the seminar while other travel by bus that was so crowded and congested. People were hungry for the word of God.

I have prepared a tract in Nepali. Let's pray for generous person who would invest money to help us print the tracts in Nepali Language. Nepali speaking population is around 50 million but below 2% are Christians. Still millions people do not know about who is Jesus Christ. I believe this time is not to pray but to go and preach the gospel and make disciple. The name of the tracts is I was dead, but I live again: Read my story. It has mainly focused on the life, death, resurrection of Jesus Christ and why we must believe in Him. We will have our address printed in it. Until now we have been using tract that have address of other ministries. I have some other tracts also.

I am learning Graphic Designing now. I have attended two weeks, total time is 6 weeks. Graphic Designing helps to make and maintain website.

5 people received Jesus Christ as their personal lord and savior in Aug+ Sept. in our Church. Their names are Purna, Jwala, Tulsa, Laxmi and Puja. But total number of people that received Jesus Christ in Aug. Sept. are minimum 35. PRAISE GOD. I have not received reports from all our churches and fellowships. There possibly could be more people that have received Jesus. 590 booklets and tracts were distributed and 56 believers were baptised in water. I want to thank you very much for training us in School of Worship Evangelism and Church Planting (I'll say WECP after), after the training we were able to do many marvelous things for God. -Chitra.

One day a believer nearby my village came and shared to me about Jesus and how he healed Peter's mother in-law. His massage impacted my life and I began to thought what we were doing were all wrong. I began to cry for this God and the man (preacher) came and laid his hand upon me and I was immediately healed. Please pray that God will supply us the need of musical instrument in our Church.-Sujan.

But gods of this world never gave me Peace. -Aji.

Like the Church in Jerusalem supported Apostle Paul, I want to thank you very much from my heart for supporting us often in the time of need. From this letter I want to encourage and say to you that God will bless those people more who give, then those who receive. Thank you--Jaykant Praja.

I faced persecution many times from unbelievers. Despite all this, 6 persons received Jesus Christ as their personal lord and savior. The money which you have given me had I used to purchased medicine and fruits for my sick wife. 3 man possessed with evil spirit were delivered. Praise God.

Once I fall seriously sick, that time there were no Christians but alone I prayed for many days, and my heart was filled with doubt. One day I found a verse which says fear not for I am with thee and that verse gave me much strength.--Sudip.

My heart is ready to fly home for family re-union as well as for ministry work but I don't just have money to fly there. I am in need of around 600 dollar for air ticket (for me, Rita Rosanna and Reuel) and traveling in bus for three hours, we still need to walk 6 hours to reach home. Meeting my parents and Rita's parents (we have not been in home for almost 4 years), give baptism, participate in village to village gospel campaign and follows up + encouraging leaders are the main objectives we want to go home.

I am just thinking how to give one phone set to my father. He is eastern region coordinator but he lives in such a remote place where there is no phone, no transportation, no electricity, no high school, no market. But the phone line can connect us, if he has.

November is coming near and we will have our annual conference in central Nepal. 8 leaders will be ordain and appointed as a Pastor, and some to deacons. I am happy I will meet all of my believers but the problem would be about finances. I guess 350 people would be there.

I am really really praying for financial breakthrough in my ministry, for my trip to east, for my family need (like motorbike, washing machine and rent, schooling and other), for annual conference and need of the Churches. I am feeling great burden to lead our ministry into an organizational structure. But just don't know how. Please pray for me that God will give me wisdom to do His ministry in such a way that He wants me to be. I have not mentioned many things here from the report department if I do it would be long email.
